My name is Liisa and I’m an 86-year-old retiree in my home country of Finland. For the last 10 years, I have suffered from joint pains in my knees, hip and lower back and a year ago I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis. In addition to traditional pain medications, I have used a variety of ointments and gels for pain management.
